Lewisville Epoxy Flooring coats concrete. Most of our work is garage floors in Lewisville and the towns around Lewisville Lake, plus shop, sales floor and warehouse slabs for local businesses. We install epoxy, flake broadcast, polyaspartic and metallic systems, and we decide which one fits after we have seen your floor.

The coating is the last step. A Lewisville garage built in the 1990s may have three decades of oil stains, a peeling store kit, cracked control joints and a low spot where the boat trailer drips. Each of those changes the prep, and the prep decides how long the floor lasts.

What happens on a job

We come out, measure, test the slab for moisture and note cracks, stains, old paint or sealer.
You get a written quote naming the system, the number of coats, the repairs and the total.
We grind the whole floor with diamond tooling, edges included, and vacuum the dust.
Cracks, chipped joints and pits are filled and ground flush.
Coats go on in the order and thickness the quote lists.
Before we leave you get times for walking on the floor, moving things back and parking, based on the product and that day's temperature.

If we find something a coating cannot fix, such as a slab that is still moving or water coming up through the concrete, we say so before you pay for a floor. Changes to the scope are written up for you to approve first.
