Epoxy flooring in Lantana has a detail we see less often in other towns: the golf cart. Lantana was planned from the start around an 18-hole course designed by Jay Morrish. Development began in 1999 on former Rayzor Ranch land, and the first residents moved in on July 31, 2001. A lot of Lantana garages park a cart alongside the cars. Carts bring grass clippings, wet turf and a battery pack that can leak. That shapes the floor we suggest.
